Karoline Leavitt announced her pregnancy in December 2025. This got a lot of attention as she will be the first White House Press Secretary to be pregnant.
BUT, given how emotional women get with all the hormones going on during pregnancy, speculation has been raised about her ability to do her job. She will need to take additional time off to stay home with her new baby after giving birth, to be a proper mother to them. A mother's place is at home with her children.
With the White House's Pro-Family stance, this is the only logical conclusion. How can they be Pro-Family if Karoline continues working as the "machine" she is? It's very admirable of Karoline and President Trump to allow for her to take the time she needs for her health and for her family, and most importantly for America.
We can't have a hormonal woman calling the shots. That's why Kamala or Hillary aren't sitting in the Oval Office.
Karoline will be stepping down on February 12th, it is unknown who will fill her position at this time. It is also unknown when she will be returning. She is expecting to deliver in May 2026.
We wish Karoline a healthy pregnancy and hope the new little one will bring her family and the United States joy in this dark time.
